1. Google에서 emacs 검색하기
2. 공식홈페이지 방문
3. 제공되는 링크 방문하여 windows용 zip파일 다운받기
아마 http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/windows/ 이곳
4. 원하는 폴더에 압축풀기
저의 경우는 C:\emacs\
5. 해당 폴더의 bin폴더에 runemacs.exe파일로 실행(원하는곳에 바로가기 설치)
